Salt water? Or chemicals? In Fantasy pools?

My husband has become very sensitive to pool chemicals. I understand some ships have salt water in their pools and hot tubs. Can anyone help me in this regard? (We will be on the Fantasy.)

The pools on the Fantasy are filled every morning with filtered sea water. The pools are emptied each night. Sea water is salt water but it's much saltier than a salt water pool system.
