OBC and My Princess

Is it possible to see what your current status of OBC is via the website? I did book through a TA but was just wondering if it was possible for me to look as we had various promotions and I just wanted to check.

And if I am able could you explain how to get there. I do not seem to find anything.

OBCs offered by TAs are not shown in your personalizer, only those given to you by Princess show up there.

YOu need to sign in to "My Princess"....top right corner of the Princess website....then next page, look on left hand side "Circle Savings Account".

Ahh see it thanks. Looks like the one I was suppose to get get from Princess is not there.. Will have to look into it.

Make sure you click on '"View Details".....

Just to add this note. My TA sends me (by E-mail) a list, from Princess showing OBC to take with me to our cruise.

Make sure you click on '"View Details".....

Once you do this you will see the Princess OBC which have been applied to booked cruises.

 

You will have to get a complete list of OBC status from your TA. We have had some (like CCL Shareholder Benefit) which can be seen this way, but may not appear anywhere else.

Ask TA to mail or e-mail the invoice that Princess sends them.
