Robin G Posted April 5, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 5, 2005 Does anyone have experience with the kids' club on Celebrity's Med. cruises during the summer months? We've heard the Celebrity Med. are all "older folks" -- no kids on the ship!! Thanks.

goldminer1951 Posted April 21, 2005 #3 Share Posted April 21, 2005 Robin, The number of kids aboard the Med cruises are much like other cruises- depends on the time of year. If you are going during the normal summer school vacation time- July and August, there will be kids from North America and Europe. I started a roll-call for the Galaxy Aug. 15 sailing, and families are the only ones responding. So far it has mainly been families with 10 to 18 olds. I am taking my two teens to see the eastern Mediterranean, and they can't wait to go! The programs for younger kids on Celebrity have a good reputation. What kid doesn't like a boat ride, especially a big boat with a pool. My kids have really enjoy boating and cruising. Cruises can be fun for kids of any age, especially in the Med with so many shore stops in interesting places. 'Miner
