yes there is one on the lido by the bar, kinda hidden.,. there is a cost associated with it though. :( Somewhere around 3 bucks

Just got off the Dream last Saturday, 11/12/11 and I don't recall seeing one, but then, I was not looking for one. All I recall seeing was Soft Ice Cream machines by "The Gathering" on Lido Deck....sorry!!
