Room Service on the Wind & NCL Fleet

Is the room service free, or do you have to pay in addition? I just think that sounds awesome to have breakfast sent to you in bed every morning. Is there a fairly large menu or is it rather small? If its free, do you tip room service that brings it to you? Thanks again and this group is awesome with answering questions.

room service is free...I believe it has a small limited menu...and it is always customary to tip the room service delivery person
