Questions about the photo cd/dvd?

Our upcoming trip on Liberty has a photo cd offer that would include all of our onboard pictures. The rules state that it can include children from another cabin who are under 21. I wrote and asked if my daughter who is 22 and her friend, also 22 would be included. They are in the same cabin as our 19 year old, next to our cabin. I was informed that because they are over 21, someone else in the family would have to be in the photo with them for the picture to be included on the cd.

 

Does anyone have experience with this type of situation? If they wanted a couple of pictures with just the two of them in it, would it really be excluded from the cd?

 

It would be a big expense to order the cd and still end up paying $40 or more for just a few additional pics.
