I hate to say this, but having been on RCCL many times, these menus do not look as enticing as some from the past. Lou Based on recent menu postings it looks like the Chef's Signature Menus are not listed. That's where the Filet on Day 2 appears. And the Lamb Shank (my favorite) on Day 3.
