20 Days and still no cabin assignment

Are thing done differently in Australia ?, we paid our deposit for our August 2012 Crown Princess Greek Isles cruise last week and got our confirmation including cabin number within 2 days. We are in Caribe C414 cat BA.

 

Probhably the same there as in the USA.

 

When booking a guarantee I have received a cabin assignment as soon as an hour after booking (and this is months away from the cruise) to as late as the week before the cruise.

Princess now shows our sailing as "sold out" in all categories, I have no idea what would cause a delay in cabin assignment once they have fully booked.

 

The cruise finalizer which is what I recall the position being called is likely a 9-5 employee, maybe we will see on Monday which would be the first real day since the sell out.
