Star Drydock?

Did the Star go to Dry dock today? I have searched and found some threads but still not sure what she is getting done.

I was watching the boards for the same thing. The Star Princess web cam say she is headed for Trieste, Italy 11/14/11 22:43 GMT

 

Will be fun to see what upgrades and repairs they make.

 

I posted a few weeks back a statement from Princess but more details are alway fun.

Here's what Princess posted late last month about the upcoming dry dock.

.....Since Alfredo’s grand opening, this 48-seat restaurant has been busy from the moment lunch begins until its doors close in the evening. Plans are in the works to add this delicious new restaurant to Star Princess® this December and Sapphire Princess® in February 2012.

We are just off the Star today after sailing her last cruise before her drydock. We had anticipated some work would begin during the cruise that might have some effect on us. There was not one bit of disruption.

 

It was a several years since our last cruise on Star and she was still bright and shiny with a fantastic staff and crew. It will be a tough job to make her better than she already is now.

 

We had an outstanding cruise of the Med with fantastic November weather.-- not a drop of rain and temperatures in the 60s to 70s at each port (lots of wind in Mykonos and could not dock so we tendered in.
