Question about the people at the counters for the cruise lines.

I am puzzled as to what cruise line they work for. If you say they work for NCL,etc. Then they don't work til the next Sat, or Sun , when the boats return? I can see if you say they work for NCL, HAL, and Carnival, and any other ships that sail from that NYC port.

They usually work for the company that owns the port terminal.
