OPC Casino Cash

Hi gang:

I was able to get a players club rate for my upcoming CCL Paradise cruise. I'm also getting the Premium Bon Voyage Package and Casino Cash.

Here's my question: Casino Cash--how is it given? Is it loaded on to your card automatically? Loaded on to your card at the casino cage? Cash given at cage?

Thanks in advance!

If this ship does it the same way my last Princess cruise did it (same Players Club), you get the cash at the cage.

I had also repurchased "casino gift". The vouchers were in my cabin on arrival. I took the vouchers to the cage that evening, and before i even mentioned the OPC cash, they told me they had it ready for me (my name and cabin number were on the gift vouchers). . Gave me a slip to sign and gave e the cash. "No fuss, no muss, no bother" :D When I sat down at the table, the floorman came over and greeted me, we shook hands, and from that point on, I was called by name by all the casino personnel.

Good luck and shalom. Andy.

How do you know you are getting the Premium Bon Voyage Package? Is it listed in the mailer you got, or did you call or email? We got a great deal on the Magic for Nov 27 with cash as noted in the mailer, but no mention of the package. I've read before that some have emailed to find out if they qualified for anything else. Is that how it works, and what is the email address? Thanks!

I would give them a call. That way you can directly interact with someone who is looking at your account on screen. Uf this leads to another question, then you will be right there to ask.

I sent an email asking a simple no-brainer question and provided the booking info. They never addressed my question ;)

Their response:

We are pleased to hear you will be sailing with us again. According to your last cruise we would like to extend a Premium Bon Voyage Package to your cabin under booking number XXXXXX. I have added all of your details to our VIP Guest List, so you are all set. You should be receiving your photo coupon, fruit basket with red or white wine, and 2 large bottles of water upon embarkation!

Heard from a few people and they have said to bring copies of your emails and flyers so that way in case you are not on there lists they help you alot quicker to fix the situation. As everyone knows accidents do happen and computers are funny!!
Goes without saying. Always have copies of all receipts, confirmations, hotel and car rental reservations, airline e tickets, and so on. We also keep photocopies of our passports and photo IDs as well as a master sheet with phone numbers and a schedule.

DW and I each keep a copy of all this. Have we ever needed it? No, but we feel better knowing that IF we need it, it is there.

Shalom, Andy.

Wow, that worked! Photo coupons, bar credits, strawberries and champagne! Anyone know how many points you need to get to maintain this benefit for future cruises? My spouse has always earned more points than me...I presume it would be best to let her do most of the gambling so they all get on her account, thus, a higher balance to base benefits on? I know she has gotten over 1000 points and thus the $10 on our last two 5 day cruises. That got us a heck of a discount on this one, much less these goodies. I tend to lose interest after blowing a couple hundred on the slots anyway.
