Someone very recently off Rhapsody has said Pretty Shamu is the DL concierge.

Just off Rhapsody and children (screaming young infants) were in the DL. In addition, non-diamonds were also allowed in. So don't count on no children in a DL.

It was Pretty Shamu. She was an absolute sweetheart!

I see Mone't Morning is a concierge now? She was FANTASTIC in guest relations (Both in service and just being a very nice person) on Enhantment in January of this year. One of the best RCCL employees I have ever met!

Small world is that she is from a town about an hour or two from me as we found out about on the ship when she stopped up into the lounge.

I think anyone that has her as a concierge will be very happy! I just wish she was at the end of this month.

I had Abby in june in the DL on RH. She was also very good and very nice. Amit had taken a few weeks off the CL for a emergency he had to return home, and I forgot who had taken his spot, but also very nice. (Taller guy with glasses).

Same thing to be said for Sneh on Enchantment. She also is fantastic at her job! Hopefully when the 2nd Concierge (Diamond) is added she gets it full time!

Also, it was Rami I was thinking of that was the fill in on Rhapsody in June.

Just returned from an outstanding week aboard the Freedom of the Seas and I can't say enough about Rahul Barua. He just made all of his guests feel like he was giving each of us 100% of his time. Rahul you demonstrate why RCCL is what it is and why we are loyal to Royal!!!!!!!!
