Flowrider open when ship is in Falmouth?

Is the Flowrider open while the ship (Liberty) is docked in Falmouth?

Only planning to briefly get off the ship while in Falmouth, walk around, and head back.

Also, what is there to see/do within the fenced port area in Falmouth??

I have been on two ships with Flow Riders- Oasis & Liberty both in 2010.

Both ships had the same schedule when we were onboard. They would open from 8-11am then again from about 3-7pm on port days. On Oasis we spent the morning on FlowRider until it closed, then walked around Labadee at lunch time. Very hot day! So we went back on the ship around 2ish and Ice Skated until the Flow Rider re-opened.

If it was a sea day it was open the entire day.
