Bunk Bed - Guarantee ?

If I've booked an inside stateroom guarantee ... is there any possibility that I will get a room with a upper/lower bed ( i.e. bunk bed )

I have to assume you are talking about Carnival here. If you booked what was listed as "IS", Inside Guarantee, you will receive at minimum a 4A category. The bunk beds are a 1A Category.
