Which Speciality Restaurant best on NCL Sky?

I am planning a surprise 60th Birthday cruise with the whole family for my husband's birthday. Which restaurant has the best food, ambience, service for this special occasion? We will be anywhere from 15-20 people. Is it possible to arrange this and see the menus before boarding?

I was just on Sky a couple of weeks ago. I did all three restaurants...

 

I would say, in my opinion, for ambience it would be Cagney's....

My favorite for food was Le Bistro.

Le Bistro but I don't know if they can accommodate a group that size in that venue. All of the tables that I have seen are small tables for two along the window or booths that would accommodate six maybe. Have never made it to the back room so maybe there are other tables back there that could seat your party.

Le Bistro was great on the Sky. The table and booth setups might make it hard to seat 15-20 together.
