Starting a weight loss/ exercise plan

I wish that I could get motivated to exercise. I have an annoying health issue that hurts when I walk. I'll make any excuse.

 

I have so many excuses for my weight problem. When I had a bad injury and couldnn' walk for exercise anymore, I joined a gym with a pool. After 6 months of rehab exercises and cardio in the pool, I was able to use the stationary bike. My knee injury continued to heal and I was able to do the eliptical. I still need to be careful of the duration and intensity of my cardio, but it is feeling much better.

 

I hope there is a pool nearby that you will be able to use. At the gym there is a water aerobic class run by the Arthritis Foundation. Good luck.
