Do they still send paper certificates? How long does it take? We cruised in October and no mail from NCL.

 

Never received a paper certificate, and we've bought a lot of the Cruise Rewards. The information is connected to your latitudes number, so just tell them you have one when you book your next cruise. :)

I don't think you get a paper certificate anymore. The Lattitudes rep on the ship usually gives you a letter of confirmation, and the deposit is logged under your Lattitudes number in NCL computer records.

Is that something new as of late? --- I have always received conformation with a certificate an ID number --- When you purchase the rewards $250.00 - (which is done on the ship). It should show up on your final bill, you can call NCL and get the number, just in case you never know ---

Late meaning perhaps 4 years - yes. :)

We were on the Sun this past Oct. and after we purchased our FCC , we received our certificate with the confirmation # the next day in our cabin.

Just checked mine - your confirmation number is your Latitudes number - when I booked my Star repo cruise I just gave my Latitudes number to my TA and that did the trick.
