concierge and butler on the star

Hey guys I am departing on Christmas on the star and I am staying in a family suite with balcony I was wondering what that was like and who is currently the concierge and butler on the star.

Patrick Berido is the concierge until the end of January. Not sure which of the butlers will be assigned to your side of deck 12.

Patrick is an excellent concierge. We were on the 11th floor in the Ruby Suite and Made was our butler. He was also very good.

If you are lucky your Butler will be Doca! He really made our cruise special. But you can't go wrong with Patrick as concierge, I am sure all his Butlers will be excellent!

I was wondering the same since we are sailing I believe on the day after the turnover.

When we sailed the Star in September, Patrick was the man! Our Butler was Mark. He was great! We were in 12502 (forward, port side).

Lucky was working deck 9 when I was onboard. We had friends there and he ran circles around Ras. Very good, shy, just let him know what you want and it will happen.

Patrick will be taking vacation early. This is his last week. I will try and find out who is covering for him. :-(

No he won't even be back for my cruise on the 22nd that's how I found out.

We stayed in 12530 on the Oct. 30 sailing and had Clint for a butler, he was excellent.

So sorry Patrick will not be with us 1/22/12 but understand why he is vacationing early. Hope Mark (BUTLER) will still be aboard.He was going to be on Dawn for awhile before vacation but forgot the dates.
