Best of GCM Island Tour with Carnival

I am geting excited about our 3rd cruise next month. We have done GC once before. The first time in a new port we don't do excursions but wander and take in the new locale. Museum, geocache, etc.. all on foot. This time we are doing further away stuff using the local bus..turtle farm, Hell and maybe stop at Tim Buc Tuu for lunch all on the West End. If we had time I'd love to do Pedro St. James Historic Site, Tony's or Seymour's Jerk Shops and tour the Caybrew Brewery...I guess this means I may have to visit again someday.

My wife and little girl are not into snorkling or water activities with stingways or dolphins and yet we are finding enough to do in GC.
