Can't help you but I'm as to what difference it would make? We have only cruised once but the only time we saw ours was the night before the tip envelopes arrived.

I can't remember his name, but in Oct, he was very pleasant & visited our table every night (could be the number of single, aged but well-preserved ladies with me;) ) but nice guy. I didn't mind giving him a good tip.

The last time we sailed on the Paradise - 2010 - it was Freddy from Holland. He is a very, very nice man!
