"Guest Celebrations" in the Cruise Compass

I just looked at some scans of current cruise compasses and saw that guests can put messages like "Happy Birthday", etc. Does anyone know if there is a fee for this?

We just got off the Enchantment of the Seas. My friend checked into this for my cousin's birthday and I think there is a $25 charge. I guess if it was free the list would be a lot longer.

We made nice with the guest services team aboard Jewel in September and the wonderful ladies behind the desk there gave us an entry for free. But normally, there is a fee. :)

Thanks everyone. My sister will be celebrating a birthday on our next cruise in January, and when I saw the greetings in the cruise compass, I thought about doing it for her. But, if it is $25, than I am not so sure.

I think I'm gonna put the $25 to better use. $5 will be spent on decorations at the dollar store and $20 will be spent at the casino!:D

 

Maybe if the CD on our cruise in January does the kind of "morning show" that accepts announcements and stuff I'll do that. Unless that is also $25.

Masked Turtle- Get her a vase of roses from the flower cart. She will have something to smile at for the entire cruise. and @ $12.50 for 3 roses very reasonable. At least that was what it was on the Enchantment. They smelled great too.
