Handicapped parking in jacksonville

Does anyone know if the Jacksonville Pier has free handicapped parking - like is done at the

pier in Miami --- Free cruise parking with a handicapped sticker and your drivers license.

JAXPORT provides designated handicapped parking spaces. Parking is $15 per day per passenger vehicle, and $25 per day for oversized recreational vehicles. Exception to parking fee: Florida Statute allows cruise terminals to charge for handicapped parking, "except any vehicle with specialized equipment, such as ramps, lifts, or foot or hand controls, for use by a person who has a disability, or any vehicle that is displaying the Florida Toll Exemption permit, is exempt from parking fees". (Per Florida Statute 316.1964)

JAXPORT will provide special assistance to our disabled guests from the parking lot to the terminal. Please advise the guard upon entering the port that you will need assistance.
