who has taken kids on carnival fasination?

what is your experience of taking kids on carnival fasination? honestly? i have an 8 yr. old boy and a 14 yr. old boy. will there be enough to do? leaving from jax, cruising either sept. or oct. will it be warm enough for them to swim???

Yes should be perfect for a swim. Try getting a cruise to HMC and avoid Freeport. My niece has gone 5 years in a row with us age 10-15. usually makes friends in the kids program and we barely see her.

Kids swim in the weirdest weather.

 

We sailed the Pride out of Baltimore in February-- and there were many many kids swimming,. Water was way too cold for my big toe.

 

We took kids on the Sensation for their first cruise- my kids, my nieces, nephews...all loved it

We took three kids on Fascination. There are programs for the kids...one is called "Circle C". Our son, age 12 at the time, had a ball and made many friends and could not wait to get with his group each day. Bring the kids and they will have fun and you will not have to worry about them being under foot all day.

I went when I was a kid, don't remember a whole lot except that I had a ton of fun! Back then it was the Cozumel, cayman, Jamaica route. My first cruise and great memories :)
