About 1:15, we overheard some other passengers talking saying some of the cabins were ready. So we decided to head that way & find out. Back through deck 5.

Yay! Our cabin was ready. We had one of the L-Shaped cabins, starboard side, cabin 8469. We loved this cabin.

 

 

In order to make the lights work, your S&S card must be in the slot by the door. This is a really nice feature & you need to remember, it must be in there for even the bathroom lights to work. For nighttime, you can just turn them off by the switch, there is one by the bed too.

We used this space behind the door to keep our empty luggage for the week.

 

 

 

 

We did learn that the balcony doors slam shut pretty hard. We tried to catch ours each time, but sometimes forgot. You could hear others too on occasion.

We then stepped out onto the balcony. Right above ours was one of the cameras.

 

 

Since we docked port side, we were able to see the other side of port we don't always see. LOL.
