Wave season?

I'm hoping to book my first Royal Caribbbean cruise soon - a Med cruise for Oct 2012. Does RCI usually offer good deals on many sailings for wave season? I generally go on Celebrity but last year they only offered a small OBC on most cruises.

If it is a popular sailing during the high season you will not find much of a discount. As a general rule you should book with RCCL as soon as you find a price you are comfortable with. If you are looking to book a popular sailing during the high season or you have specific cabin requirements the sooner you book the better. If prices drop before final payment you will get the reduction. If it is a low season cruise you will do better. If you are willing to wait until the last minute and don't care about category or location you may get a very good deal but it is a crap shoot.
