Excursion which picks you up from the ship in Belize?

Is there such a thing? I know I have read about an excursion which does that but can't remember if it was on a different cruise line. It would nice to just head out from the ship instead of tendering in first. Have done Altun Ha in Belize, now trying to decide between going to one of the Caye's for the day vs Lamanai. Lamanai may be to similar to what we did last visit though.

We went to Bannister Island directly from the ship in November. Not sure if there's any other excursions.

Been three years, but the Scuba Diving excursion picked us up with their own boat in Belieze. They actually used the opposite side of the ship as NCL's tenders, which made for a no-wait tender.
