FYI-they discontinued the panraven album 2 weeks ago, there was no sommelier for wine on board, no printer at passenger service desk to print out cabin charges and avoid long lines, and no pictures to be taken at Circle members gathering of the Captain like we had with other Princess ships. We had nuro virus the second week-50 passengers affected and two passengers taken of the ship due to medical reasons. Our cabin steward Alvin in D419 left alot to be desired-never saw him much-he never came in our Cabin till after 5pm the first day and never saw our requests that were laying on the bed at noon-we also sent in via fax our requests twice and they never recieved them?? We loved the entertainment in the wheelhouse by Orpheis Quartet and Elements as well. Chefs table we had 12 and only given once-very nice but Carabbean Princess was much better. Had sanctuary bungalow on Princess Cays-no security after 1pm as staff left -and they locked us out of the bungalow for first 50 minutes when we arrived-someone locked the door plus the golf cart droped us off at #1 bungalow and we walked to #23-we were given $100 back after complaint. First week we had over 550 singles from vacations to go and two groups from a florida community-we saw alot of passengers very rude to the staff-very demanding-very unhappy-constantly complaining!! The second week was much better with the passengers.

Loved Paul and Suesan from bar at Int'l cafe area, Ashley in Photos, Carl in fine jewelry and Claudio and Susana in Botecelli dine Rm. Ports were very nice, food was fine, they could improve the B2B disembarktation process and there were too many non paying passengers getting into sanctuary area-we complained but no satisfaction. Had crown grille at 7pm-service very poor-they forgot our entrees and waited 20 mins for service-and only 3 tables were filled in the front of the restaurant-we were only charged half the fee. Overall a very nice cruise but the staff the first week did not smile or laugh I believe to be due to the rudeness of some passengers. We have had more friendlier Captains-we had Cpt Andrew Proctor. If you go to Cozumel try Nachi Cocom, Roatan-bananarama, Costa Maya-maya Chan-Grd Caymens-stingray sailing-all great and well worth it!! We loved the Westin beach resort in FLL.

saw some guys with tuxs like myself-most in suits now -also saw some with shorts and not dressed up in Dine Rm at formal nights!

Ultimate soda card was $56[they now switch to new colored stamps each week], large photos were $25 and $20 for smaller, nice wine selection, tried new photo platinum series program-very nice but very expensive-not for everyone.

Thank you for posting your thoughts and comments.

Here's a suggestion for next time:

Appreciate your feedback on the Crown. As a side note, I've never noticed any reference on the FAQ that an Associate Professor of composition is a prerequisite to post comments! If that was the case, not many of us would be posting :)

That's quite amusing, in a meta sort of way . . .
