stephen@stoneyard.co.uk Posted April 11, 2005 #4 Share Posted April 11, 2005 The CunardShipQM2 Yahoo group has several photographs of the view from an obstructed deck 8 cabin. They include the view from the cabin and balcony. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CunardShipQM2/ then photos then obstructed. Hope that helps, Stephen. Dajlan2 Posted April 11, 2005 #5 Share Posted April 11, 2005 Just back from the April 2nd cruise. We were in cabin 8024 - fully obstructed. I took several photos and will gladly forward by email if required. We were upgraded so more than happy with the cabin. However if I was paying for a balcony I would rather pay a bit extra for an unobstructed view (not hull balcony). Andrea

sailsalot Posted April 14, 2005 #8 Share Posted April 14, 2005 Sorry ironmuscle and jonmar. I went to email you the pictures of a B6 cabin, and found them to be deleted somehow. Hopefully you will get pictures from someone else. Just a note, some cabins are 100% obstructed and others are 90% obstructed. We're booked on a 90% obstructed one this summer. Hopefully it won't be too bad. But hey, it's better than an interior room, right?
