Not Dice, but yes they do. We were on the Miracle last month and both my wife and I got the "On Us" card.

 

I had a blast at the craps table. The dealers the best I've seen in awhile. Say hi from Smitty for me to Maria, Lee, Lorenzo, and Michale. Have fun.
