how far before cruise do you pay off?

Recommended Posts

I forgot its been a couple of years since I booked my last cruise. sending my girls on a cruise as thier christmas present. I wanted it to be a sister cruise but they want to bring friends so I will be booking 2 rooms. Sorry I know this is very basic info. It seems like its 90 days out to have cruise paid for if I am thinking right?

Too blessed to be stressed,

It depends on the cruise length;

Five days & shorter are due 60 days out.

Seven days and longer are due 75 days out.

Europe, Panama Canal, and TransOcean are due 90 days out.

...to add to the other's - I booked my cruise in May 2011 for an April 2013 cruise. I pay a little bit each month so it's not as noticeable. Plus, it's interest free unlike a credit card. And it allows my bank account to not take such a big hit upfront.

Happy Cruising!

P.S. I'm also crusing with my sisters! :)
