We are in 10506 (Owner's Suite) Jan 15, and when I asked about this I was told that Lucky was the butler. Things do change and it may be someone else.

Terrific! Could you let me know how it goes? I'm really interested in the butler and the concierge. Our butler on the last cruise (the Dawn) was not very good and I just read one review which said the concierge wasn't very attentive.

I was on the Star in October and had Lucky as a butler. He is very good at his job but is shy and not much of a 'talker'. We enjoyed having him take care of us. Very efficient and quick to responde to a request.:)

We were in 10506 in 2010 and Henry was our butler.

Henry is without a doubt the finest butler that we have ever had the pleasure of.
