Rain Forest Nature Walk Adventure in Puerto Rico

Has anyone done this shore excursion? I was hoping someone would share their experiences with me. How far from port is it? Is it strenuous? Are there restroom facilities? Any info would be appreciated.

We have done the rainforest but as a ship shore excursion, it was very interesting, we hiked down to the water falls, down hill all the way - easy down - alittle harder up hill but not strenuous and well worth the hike. You can get into the water and under the water falls.

There are restroom facilities only at the top. There is a lot to the rainforest you can do without going down to the falls. The falls is what made the tour for me.

DDMau, thank you for your reply. We would be doing it through the ship as well. I have another question to ask. Is there somewhere to grab a bite to eat at the rainforest?
