Happy New Years. :D Hope y'all had a great 2011 and will have an even better 2012!

Just like the poll I made for 2010 ( LINK ), I skimmed through thread titles from the past year in order of replies from highest to lowest until I reached the point that the threads were only getting around 100 replies, jotting down down the major stories. I also got a few stories from CC News.

Note: A few of the options I included didn't happen yet, but I included them in the poll because they were announced in 2011.

Here are the choices are in alphabetical order:

1) Announcement of Project Sunshine being ordered; to be built in Germany

2) Announcement of Voyager being redeployed to Asia and Australia in 2012

3) Announcement of Independence and Navigator being pulled from Europe for the winter

4) Freedom getting pounded by a storm off the coast of Florida

5) Kids being allowed in the Viking Crown Lounge during suite / diamond plus events

6) Major changes to the Crown and Anchor Society

7) Mariner being redeployed from the Mexican Riviera

8) Monarch fails CDC inspection with an 85

9) Opening of Falmouth, Jamaica in the Western Caribbean

10) Radiance and Splendour receiving renovations; announcement that most ships will in the next few years

11) Royal Caribbean dumping "Why Not?" ads; starting new shell phone advertising campaign

12) Serenade leaving behind 145 passengers in San Juan due to Irene

13) Unlimited booze package introduced; drinking age lowered on International cruises

14) Other

And just like last year, my alphabetical list is out of order again. Option 3 was originally supposed to be "Announcements" (with an "S" at the end). Oops...

Wow, I was up really late last night (This was posted at 3am central).
