Trouble finding a tour operator

We will be in Aruba on February 18th, which seems to be right at the end of Carnival season. I have already contacted Bully and Ivan, both are booked. :( I just sent an email to Sonny to see if he can accommodate us. If that contact doesn't pan out, I think I might just have to roll the dice and see what I find amongst the tour sellers on the pier.

 

Does anyone have any other ideas for tour operators, or am I SOL due to it being Carnival?

We have them booked for our Feb trip. We are doing a snorkel excursion using water scooters plus a day island tour. They only use small groups.
