Millenium - time of Elite cocktail party?

We will be doing B2B (one 5 night one 4 night) on the Millie at the end of the month. Can anyone who has recently sailed please advise the time of the nightly Elite cocktail party? We are Select dining and want to have an idea for timing. Also, I know it will NOT be held on evening of boarding, but since the Captain's cocktail party is on the afternoon of the first sea day - will there also NOT be one held later that day?

The Elite Hour is from 5-7 pm on all Celebrity ships including MIL. The location depends on the number of Elites on the cruise.You'll receive a note in your cabin with details.

Thanks for the quick reply. I thought it to be 5-7; however some many posts list 4-6. (Perhaps they were older posts?)
