Liberty - favorite bar or bartender

Did you have a favorite bar or bartender on the Liberty of the Seas and why?

 

On our last cruise, we didn't find out until the next to last day that a particular bartender would do magic tricks and make pretty fine drinks for patrons who sat at this bar. We're sailing on the LOS next week and want to make sure we don't miss out on any great spots for pre or post dinner drinks.
