NOLA Liquor stores

We are staying at the Drury Inn on Poydras. are there any places to by liquor and wine within walking distance of the hotel. Thanks in advance for the help.

There is a Rouse's Supermarket at 701 Baronne, about four blocks away. Good selection and pretty good prices.

 

Lots of stores (including drug stores) downtown sell liquor, but Rouse's will have the best prices.

Will the liquor stores be open on Sundays? (In our area, they can open at 11 or 12). If not, we need to remember to buy our wine Saturday.

My hubby and a friend walked to a liquor store in Oct from the Drury. I don't remember the name but the guy at the front desk suggested one and they where gone prob 15 mins tops so it was close by. We also ran to the Walgreens to pick up a few things we needed and low and behold they sold liquor too. You should have no issues!

You should be able to buy liquor anytime in NOLA! I always have ;)
