Parsman Posted January 8, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 8, 2012 Last week I received a letter from FOCL stating that they were replacing the air tickets for the charter flights from Gatwick to both Montego Bay and Lima and they would be generated within 48 hours. Parsman Posted January 10, 2012 Author #2 Share Posted January 10, 2012 That is such a shame. They should have tagged your luggage. You trusted them with it and agreed to their terms. They should pay. If talking to them does not work, file a lawsuit. Airlines are already having enough problems, so if you threaten them with a lawsuit they might give in. Also report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). They investigate these things and let the public know. I found some contact information just in case you hadn't tried this already.
