Bannister Island Belize

anyone been here recently ? we are thinking of booking this tour through royal caribbean,

it will be us with our 11 year old daughter

We are sailing to Belize in 6 weeks and really wanted to go to Bannister Island. We have heard so much negative feedback that we have changed our mind. One would think whoever owns this island would make enough money through the cruise line passengers that they would take care of business much better thann they do.
