RCI website listing wrong itinerary

Yesterday, someone posted on our Grandeur thread, that the RCI website listed our cruise as "western Caribbean", instead of the "southern Caribbean" as originally listed. Then, they saw that the itinerary had been changed! :eek: Instead of Colon-Cartagena-Bonaire-Curacao-Aruba, it read Colon-Cartagena-Jamaica-Caymans-Roatan. A 2nd person confirmed this. They called RCI, and were told the original itinerary is still valid. I saw this as well, and called RCI for an unrelated issue; but the RCI agent did confirm the original Dutch Antilles ports as valid.

 

Is anyone else having similar problems with the RCI website listing incorrect itineraries?

RCI website is completely screwed up ... you certainly can't count on it for much of anything. If you need real answers, call.

Had a similar problem with our last cruise. The graphic listed a stop in Miami for some reason.
