Need Ideas for something different to do in Nassau

Help Please!!! I have been to Nassau a Gazillion times & have done all of the normal tourist things..city tour, Atlantis, Ardastra gardens...etc...etc.. can anyone suggest something different to do for my next trip there? I will be going in Dec. so have pretty much ruled out beach & water activities...to chilly for this southern gal...

Take a cab to the Fish Fry. My friend and I were puzzled as to everyone telling us to go there (and here we are thinking it was some sort of VFW fish fry event or something, LOL)

 

It turns out that every restaurant on the little strip was named Fish Fry. It was very authentic Bahamian food, cute little store fronts and off the beaten path which is what made it cool to us. The conch fritters were crazy good. :p
