CARIBBEAN PRINCESS dinner hours

We are thinking about doing "Anytime Dining" or "Traditional 5:30" for our upcoming back-to-back cruise. Traditional 6:00 is FULL and we aren't late eaters to do the 8:15.

On our recent cruises, we have done the 5:30 traditional because "Anytime" between 5:30 and 6:00 always seemed so unorganized on the Crown and Grand. If you ate "Anytime" after 6:00, you missed the early shows/entertainment...because they were a FULL HOUSE by the time you got there. Traditional 5:30 is "ok" but a bit early.

What are your experiences on dining times on the Caribbean Princess?
