Prinsendam Main Deck Aft Question

On the deck plans for Prinsendam, the Main Deck has a "blank area" at the stern. It looks like there are several rooms in the area, and the passageways appear to continue into that area. My questions:

• Is that a public space?
  
• If so, what is it?
  
• Is anything in that area open to the air ( I suspect not, based on photos)
  
• Does anything in there create noise (not talking about the engine which is below and definitely creates noise!)

It's not a public space - Otherwise the rooms would be marked as such.

I do believe there are crew cabins there. We spent a month in 382 -- only noise issues were the vibrations of the thrusters when coming into port in the mornings. It was a great cabin. Late at night we could see the cruise director, etc making their way "home" to that area.
