recent FOS cruisers - help me decide which night to do speciality restaurant

Hi. we will be doing the Western itin on the FOS in early March - trying to decide which night to go to a speciality restaurant - we don't want to book on a formal night but wondering which night is the weakest menu in the main dining room.

The last night is the weakest night for me.

Was on her the first part of July and we went to Chops on the third night. It is actually the night that our waiter recommended for us to go. He said it was the worst of the menus. I would recommend asking your waiter the first night. There will be plenty of spots open, so don't worry about not getting a reservation.

I would say the night after the (first) formal night.
