Fattoria Lischeto farm near Volterra?

We are trying to fine tune our day in Tuscany. We are using Unforgettable Tuscany for a private tour with our kids, ages 10-17.

They suggested Fattoria Lischeto farm as a stop, which is outside of Volterra:

They raise sheep and have home pasta laboratory and cheese factory. Lunch there costs € 15.00 p.p. You can visit his webiste: www.agrilischeto.com

Has anyone been to Fattoria Lischeto? If so, how long do you think we should count on being there? We are then considering spending time in the town of Volterra. Are there any towers to climb in Volterra?
