cruiserssandr Posted January 26, 2012 #26 Share Posted January 26, 2012 I sent my renewal in on 12/19/2011 and got the new one back on 12/299/2011. Didn't pay to expedite so I thought that was pretty quck!
Natitude61 Posted January 26, 2012 #27 Share Posted January 26, 2012 Never had a passport before and applied for a new one earlier this month, nonexpedited. Received it in less than 2 weeks. Of course, YMMV

emeraldcity Posted February 9, 2012 Author #30 Share Posted February 9, 2012 Well, they both came in less than three weeks. DD's passport was a new application, since it's her first adult passport and it came in 2 weeks and 2 days. Mine was a renewal and it came in 2 weeks and 4 days. They haven't returned her birth certification yet, however. I think that's supposed to come in a separate mailing, but I expected it the next day. Happy ks Posted February 12, 2012 #31 Share Posted February 12, 2012 Just to update. My husband and I renewed our passports, him in early January and mine later in the month. They both came back two weeks to the day. No expediting.
Suitcasefull Posted March 3, 2012 #32 Share Posted March 3, 2012 Just reporting current times......got our renewals back today, three weeks to the day we mailed them in. A little slower than some who posted earlier but still acceptable time.
