Dolphin encounter-can't book unless thru Carnival??

I tried to book 2 dolphin encounters at Grand Cayman through their website. At the end it said I couldn't book it, that it had to be booked through the ship?? Well, for one thing, I want to book just the dolphins, and Carnival doesn't offer a tour with just the dolphins. And, my DH and DS are the only ones that want to do it, the rest of us just want to watch. So, any ideas on how to get around this? PS We also get a $50 discount for early booking. ;)

Sounds like most people just say they are on a different ship. Google to see which other ships will be in port at the same time. However might be an issue if the other ship ports but you don't- wouldn't get a refund I'm sure. Try the website link on the other related thread.
