Tenders at Esperance - how long to get ashore?

We will be on Radiance of the Seas ex Fremantle Mar 6 to NZ and Esperance will be a tender port. We have organised a private group tour through Tourism Esperance for CC members. I understand that the ship's tours get priority tender service but what would be a reasonable time to expect to get ashore for us. The ship arrives at 9am. Has anyone experienced tendering at Esperance?
