Rhapsody kids program

We are traveling on the Rhapsody May 8th with our 3 year old. He is working on being potty trained, but is not fully trained yet. Can anyone tell me if the counselors on the ship will assist the children if they need to go to the bathroom? What happens if they have an accident? Are the toilets child-sized or regular sized? We're hoping that he will be potty trained by the time we sail, but if he is not we hope to utilize the new Aquatots program. What types of play equipment do they have on the Rhapsody?
