NCL's new Youth Program - Timeline?

A few days ago, we read that NCL is introducing a new Youth Program which will include activities for babies between 6 months-2 years old (like on Royal Caribbean and Disney). Does anybody know if there's a timeline of when they'll deploy the new program throughout the fleet?

 

We just booked the Jewel to Alaska for May 2013 (our daughter will be 18 months old at the time), so you can see why I'm interested in knowing :).
